Our recommended file type is a 3000px square jpeg that's optimized for Amazon, but is also perfect for general online usage. It's the most versatile file type that we provide.
Tif - High Res Master File
The master file we offer is a high-resolution 3000px or larger, 300 dpi Tif File that can be converted into any other file type you need. It's an extremely powerful file, but it requires expertise in Photoshop to use effectively.
Tif - Background Removal
For Photoshop users, we offer a high-resolution master file in Tif format that comes with separate layers for the product and background, as well as clipping paths or alpha channels.
PNG - Transparent File
For online use, we recommend our web-ready png with a transparent background. We use a special retouching technique that renders the shadow with varying opacity to achieve a natural and realistic look.

Small groups containing up to 5 items in a photo are free of charge.

At our company, we offer the Color Variation Services. If your product comes in multiple colors, we can often take a single photograph and use Photoshop to change the colors to the other available options. This service can save both time and money, but please note that it's not always possible to achieve the desired results. To take advantage of this service, you will need to provide at least one product photo, and an additional retouching fee may apply. Please make sure to send us the actual products for color matching.
