FAQ
Frequently Asked Qestions
1. Pricing
We charge per-photo. This means that the total cost will depend on the number of photos you order, regardless of how many products they are for.
The cost of the project depends on the number of photos you order. Our pricing model offers discounts for larger orders, so the more photos you order, the less you will pay per photo. For detailed rates, please check our pricing page.
No, our rates decrease with a larger order because it is more efficient for us to shoot one large project than several smaller projects. Therefore, each project is priced separately based on the size of the order.
2. Payment
We will send you a quote before starting your project, which will include a payment link for you to accept and pay. We accept Bank Transfer, Transfer Wise and Paypal.
3. Returning products to you
Yes, we will ship your products back to you when we are done. The cost of return shipping will be included on your invoice, or you can provide your UPS or FedEx account number if you have one. Alternatively, we can donate your products to local charity or discard them if you don’t want them back. However, please note that return shipping is limited to US addresses due to import and export regulations.
4 Time
Most projects are completed within two weeks, excluding holidays, from the time we receive your products and payment. However, if your project involves a large number of photos, it may take longer.
Yes of course! The cost of return shipping will be included on your invoice or you can provide your UPS or FedEx account number if you have one. Alternatively, we can donate your products to local charity or discard them if you don’t want them back. Due to import and export regulations, return shipping is limited to US addresses.
If you’ll be sending unusually large or heavy products, please contact us before shipping. We can accommodate large products and our production studio features a roll-up warehouse door for shipments via freight*. Products larger than 3 feet on the longest side are subject to an additional charge relative to the size of the product.
5. Revised
If we make a mistake, we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos at no extra cost. However, if the re-shoot is due to artistic or editorial reasons, or resulting from client error or omission, we will quote you at the time of the change request.
6. Big Products
